The newest motel in this area is in close proximity to Sam Houston Race park, Bear Creek Pioneers Park, CityCentre, The Galleria and Downtown. In addition, Our business travelers will be close to Energy Corridor and local businesses such as Baker Hughes, General Electric, NOV, IBM and Toshiba. 

The Residency Suites is filled with luxurious amenities that includes Free WiFi, Free local and long distance calls, 43" flat screen LED TV with channels in premium HD, modern kitchenette studio room with microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Our Guests catches up on sleep on plush mattress and wakes up every morning to a free all you can drink coffee and juices.

To minimize contact during your stay, housekeeping service in your room will be kept minimum unless otherwise required.
